Day two of Bumbershoot 2017 in Seattle on September 2nd featured performances by Icelandic indie pop band Kaleo, who released their second album, A/B, on June 10th, 2016 via Elektra, American rock trio Highly Suspect, who released their second album, The Boy Who Died Wolf, on November 18th, 2016 via 300, Manhattan-based rock trio DREAMERS and Oakland indie-artist Madeline Kenney.

Blues Rock band Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, who released their newest album, Hypnotic Eye, on July 29th, 2014 via Reprise, which featured the singles “American Dream Plan B”, “Red River”, “U Get Me High”, “Forgotten Man”, and “Fault Lines”, performed at Rogers Arena in Vancouver last night (Aug. 17th) with indie folk band The Lumineers, who released their second album, Cleopatra, on April 8th, 2016 via Dalton, which featured the singles “Ophelia” and “Angela”.

The first music and art festival that took place on West 4th was organized with Woodstock in mind and was tied to its 40th anniversary in 2007.
