Progressive Metal band Periphery, who released their fifth album, Periphery III: Select Difficulty, on July 22nd, 2016 via Sumerian, which was nominated for Best Metal Performance in the 59th Annual Grammy Awards, performed at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver last night (Nov 27) with progressive metal band Animals As Leaders, who released their fourth studio album, The Madness of Many, last November via Sumerian.

Australian metalcore act Northlane, who released their surprise fourth album, Mesmer, on March 24, 2017 via UNFD finished off their Canadian tour in Vancouver with support from progressive metal band Intervals, who released their second album, The Shape of Colour on December 4, 2015 via self-release and Texas-based metalcore band Invent Animate, who released their second album, Still World on July 8, 2016 via Tragic Hero Records.
